HCB Academy est le clan mentorat et formation du groupe. Sa mission est de transmettre des savoir faire, d’accompagner des trajectoires, et de former les femmes et les hommes qui rejoindront les équipes des autres clans.
C’est un clan qui irrigue tout, parce qu’aucun projet ne tient sans les personnes qui le portent.
Une conviction simple
Les plus belles aventures, en affaires comme ailleurs, ne se construisent jamais seul. Elles tiennent à la qualité des équipes qui s’y engagent. Et les meilleures équipes ne s’achètent pas ; elles se forment, se choisissent, s’accompagnent dans la durée.
Au Vanuatu, le potentiel humain est immense. La jeunesse y est nombreuse, curieuse, et porteuse d’une culture d’accueil qui ne s’enseigne dans aucune école hôtelière au monde. Ce qui manque, c’est l’accès à une formation exigeante, locale, articulée avec des perspectives d’emploi concrètes.

Premier dispositif
Le mentorat
Un accompagnement individuel, dans la durée, de jeunes Ni-Vanuatu qui montrent un potentiel particulier dans l’un des métiers du groupe. Un suivi par un mentor expérimenté, qui n’est pas un professeur mais un compagnon de route.
Deuxième dispositif
La formation aux métiers
Des programmes courts et opérationnels, conçus en lien direct avec les besoins du terrain. L’enjeu n’est pas le diplôme, mais l’employabilité immédiate et l’évolution interne. On apprend en faisant, sur le terrain, avec ceux qui savent.
Troisième dispositif
L’élévation continue
Une fois entré dans le groupe, on continue de monter. Stages d’immersion à l’étranger, échanges avec des chefs ou des artisans reconnus, formations spécialisées. La carrière ne s’arrête pas à l’embauche ; elle commence là.

HCB Academy is the group’s mentoring and training clan. Its mission is to pass on know how, accompany trajectories, and train the women and men who will join the teams of the other clans.
It is a clan that irrigates everything, because no project holds without the people who carry it.
A simple conviction
The finest ventures, in business as in life, are never built alone. They rest on the quality of the teams that commit to them. And the best teams cannot be bought ; they are formed, chosen, accompanied over time.
In Vanuatu, the human potential is immense. The youth is numerous, curious, and carries a culture of welcome that no hospitality school in the world can teach. What is missing is access to demanding training, locally rooted, articulated with concrete employment perspectives.
Three complementary dispositions
First disposition
Mentoring
An individual, long term accompaniment of young Ni-Vanuatu who show particular potential in one of the group’s professions. A follow up by an experienced mentor, who is not a teacher but a fellow traveller.
Second disposition
Vocational training
Short, operational programmes, designed in direct connection with field needs. The point isn’t the diploma, but immediate employability and internal progression. You learn by doing, in the field, with those who know.
Third disposition
Continuous elevation
Once inside the group, you keep rising. Immersion stays abroad, exchanges with recognised chefs or artisans, specialised training. The career doesn’t end at hiring ; that’s where it begins.
