Les dossiers détaillés existent. Ils s’ouvrent après un premier échange, et seulement pour ceux que le projet concerne vraiment.
Le site public présente l’intention, la vision et la manière. Mais certains éléments n’ont pas leur place en accès libre ; les chiffres, les études, les conditions de participation. Ils vivent dans un espace privé et sécurisé, ouvert au cas par cas.
Cet espace existe pour les investisseurs, partenaires et opérateurs qui veulent aller plus loin qu’une page de présentation, et regarder le projet dans le détail. Il n’est pas public, et ne le sera jamais.

Un accès pensé par projet
HCB Tribes réunit plusieurs programmes distincts. Chacun n’ouvre que ce qui le concerne.
Si vous vous intéressez au résidentiel, vous accédez au résidentiel. Si c’est l’hôtellerie, vous accédez à l’hôtellerie. Vous ne voyez que les dossiers pertinents pour votre intérêt et votre engagement.
Ce n’est pas une restriction. C’est du respect ; le vôtre, celui des autres parties, et celui du projet.

Nous prenons le temps de nous parler. Pour comprendre qui vous êtes, ce que vous cherchez, et si nos chemins ont du sens à se croiser. Un accord de confidentialité est signé à ce stade.

Nous vous donnons accès à l’espace privé, limité aux programmes qui vous concernent. Vous explorez à votre rythme, et nous restons disponibles pour chaque question.

The detailed files exist. They open after a first conversation, and only for those the project truly concerns.
The public site presents the intention, the vision and the way. But some elements have no place in open access ; the figures, the studies, the conditions of participation. They live in a private and secure space, opened case by case.
This space exists for the investors, partners and operators who want to go further than a presentation page, and look at the project in detail. It is not public, and never will be.

HCB Tribes brings together several distinct programmes. Each person only opens what concerns them.
If you are interested in residential, you access residential. If it is hospitality, you access hospitality. You only see the files relevant to your interest and your involvement.
This is not a restriction. It is respect ; yours, that of the other parties, and that of the project.

You write to us, introducing yourself and specifying what interests you in the project. A few lines are enough to begin.

A first conversation
We take the time to talk. To understand who you are, what you are looking for, and whether our paths make sense to cross. A confidentiality agreement is signed at this stage.

The files open
We give you access to the private space, limited to the programmes that concern you. You explore at your own pace, and we remain available for every question.
We are not looking for the greatest number. We are looking for the right encounters.
