Pays indépendant, démocratie parlementaire, cadre juridique favorable aux investissements étrangers, pas d’impôt sur les sociétés ni sur les revenus.

Par où tout commence
HCB Tribes est un écosystème qui se construira au fil des années, par étapes progressives, jamais tout en même temps. C’est un projet de long terme, pensé pour durer, pas une opération à déployer d’un seul coup. Tout commence par la partie immobilière ; c’est elle qui pose le socle économique et foncier, et c’est sur elle que les autres clans viennent ensuite s’appuyer, l’un après l’autre, à mesure que le projet prend racine.

HCB Tribes ouvre ses adresses à des partenaires opérationnels alignés sur ses valeurs ; architecture mélanésienne réinterprétée, hospitalité ni-vanuataise, économie circulaire intégrée. Nous construisons. Vous opérez sous votre marque. Nous partageons l’exploitation.
